Most products are sold loose, but retail packing is possible. When we package our products, it’s in Cellophane bags, with header cards. There’s a small charge for the extra work. We’re happy to pack products your way, and include your logo. For more info, just contact us.
Yes most of our production is custom made! That’s our main job. We have a retail eCommerce store, selling our designs. But our trade customers usually supply a design for us to make. Or we work together to design a product.
Yes, this is our main website, we also sell wholesale quantities on Faire.com. Just click Wholesale on the menu at the top of the page, to transfer to Faire.
Sorry, we can’t make copy-write products, but that works the other way as well. We won’t ever copy your designs, or make them for other customers. We respect your Intellectual Property, as well as other peoples.
We now have three sizes of Laser cutting machine, the smallest is 70 X 50 cm. The Largest can cut products up to 160 X 90 cm.
We can make products from lots of materials, as long as it’s safe to Laser cut them, but not metal.
It’s healthier for us, and better for the environment. Plywood and card don’t produce as much smoke, as the other materials. This is also cheaper as our air filtering costs are lower.
We don’t charge regular, trade customers. But there’s a non refundable deposit required, before we design products for a new customer. This is redeemable against your first order.
Retail orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Trade orders in the hundreds of pounds, take a day or two and sometimes up to a week. It depends on material supply times and workloads. We agree the timescale with customers before orders are placed. Wholesale orders in the thousands of pounds usually take around two weeks.
Most customers buy our products untreated, but yes we can paint your product, or Varnish it, treat with Danish oil, or Wax polish.
We can also assemble your product if it’s made from a few parts, and glue the parts together for you.
It’s up to you, whatever you find easiest. We work with both every day.
Yes, we can make Bespoke Plywood Packaging, just for you to protect your individual product.
